You can use themafore moist heat to help with pain relief and temporarily relieve discomfort. Moist heat can also help decrease joint stiffness, thus making it easier to exercise or carry out daily activities. To use heat therapeutically, select the correct size pad for the treatment "Standard" for low back treatments and "Petite" for neck treatments. Rest in a comfortable and relaxed position as shown in the illustrations. Place the Thermophore Hot Pack directly on the skin over the body area you wish to treat and make sure the hot pack is in close contact with the body. For the most effective pain relief, build up heat quickly and maintain the heat as high as you are able to tolerate. Continue the treatment with themafore for 15-30 minutes.
