
Extended Warranty
Thermophore units are covered under warranty if they are less than three years old per serial number on the unit, or purchased less than two years ago per original receipt, whichever is longer.
Battle Creek Equipment™ will replace Thermophore products under warranty if there is a manufacturing defect or, if in use as directed, the unit does not perform as Battle Creek's labels and brochures say it will.
Due to regulatory, quality and liability concerns, Battle Creek Equipment™ no longer repairs Thermophore units. Battle Creek does not recommend trying to repair or replace any components yourself, as it may cause a safety hazard.
Please do NOT return the unit to the place of purchase because of a warranty issue. Send it directly to Battle Creek at:
