After you place an order through the online store, we will send you an order confirmation email. We will send an additional shipment confirmation email that will include your tracking numbers.

Paying for your Purchase

For all orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. As well as "check cards" (debit cards) that display the Visa or Mastercard logo. If you are uneasy with ordering online or would like to pay by check or money order, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-565-8833. Orders by check or money order would need wait for receipt and confirmation of funds before being processed.

 

Credit Card Issues

If you are having issues getting your credit card to go through our site, try these helpful tips.

  1. Remove dashes or spaces from the account numbers.
  2. Double-check the card type, card number and expiration date (we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
  3. Make sure you are entering the correct billing address for the card you are using. If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
  4. If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service phone number. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.
