both too big and too small

I was hoping to use this for targeting heat therapy to my neck. I would say I have a very average sized neck and I'm a little on the tall side, but the wrap wasn't long enough to wrap the entire way around my neck, so there's 3-4" of rough and crinkly velcro right under myr chin. It's also too tall/wide to comfortably rest between your shoulders and your chin and is too stiff to fold so there's really no way to wear it without holding it in place with your hands. It is also too stiff to drape it over one shoulder if you wanted to try that. All in all very frustrating since the heating/cover part is nice.

Terrible! Very cheap! It does not heat up properly. I tried to return it but I had to leave a voicemail on the weekend. Then, they told me to look for an e-mail with a particular name, but I could not find it. My hours at work are not conducive to for this company’s hours so it has been quite the challenge to get a hold of them. This type of customer service is not acceptable!

A little disappointed with the size of the unit. From the picture it looks like it wraps around the neck fully, yet when I received the product I found that it was more of a spot heating pad than something you could drape over you shoulder or wrap around your arm. Maybe you should look at an eight by twenty-four inch size. I was given my first thermophore over thirty years ago. I have sent them a gift to my children. While I will continue to use the product I am a little disappointed with this particular model.

I have used Thermophore since the 80's and am grateful for the healthful moisture aspect of the heat as opposed to drying heat. The new fixture is much easier to use instead of holding down the "on" lever. That it turns itself off is helpful also. I also appreciate the 3 levels of heat instead of one setting.
